Q: Who will be in my home?
A: A crew of 2 or 3 highly trained people in uniform
and supervised by our management staff. We often will
do quality control checks with a manager doing an
inspection of the work done in your home.
Q: Are you insured and bonded?
A: It is very important that anyone working in your home
be insured and bonded. We are bonded and insured.
Q: What time will you be cleaning my home?
A: Our hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and
you will be scheduled during these times.
You may request a clean before 5:00 pm or even on
Saturdays, but that has to be requested by the
customer (you).
Q: Do I need to be home?
A: It is not necessary to be home, in fact most of our
customers are not. Apartment or house residents can
authorize entry by notifying the office.
Q: How do I pay for my cleaning?
A: Cash or check to the foreman in the place. Online
in our website for credit or debit card. VISA,
MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS or PAY PAL.
Q: How will I know when to expect my cleaning?
A: You will be entered into our computer with a specific
cleaning schedule taking into account your availability
and ours. You can notify us of any special attention
needs. The COUPON or Special promotion have a basic
cleaning specification, which is enough to maintain
your house clean.
NOTE: About our Warranty Policy We provide special attention to our staff training, for that reason we expect an exceptional job. Our Warranty policy is in the site, when the job is done. The interested need to be in the job site to check the job. Any detail left behind must be noted to the foreman in that moment, so he/she can fix it. That is our warranty. If the client or representative checks everything and signs the "conform customer sheet" we are not obligated to comeback or give any refunds.
